In the following terms and conditions:

• Any reference to "we" or "us" or "our" is a reference to Keystone Sound Systems Ltd as the supplier of all items and labour provided by the 28-day free trial
   
• Any reference to "you" is a reference to yourself as the consumer

In accepting a 28-day free trial of a Digital Hymnal from Keystone Sound Systems, you are hereby accepting the following terms and conditions:

• The 28-day free trial is completely no obligation to purchase, and until an invoice is submitted to you, there is no cost on your part
   
• If you agree to the 28-day free trial, we will arrange to deliver the Digital Hymnal to your chosen location and we will provide a free demonstration and tuition session on the day so that you can 'get to grips' with the use of the hymnal
   
• A free written quotation is available on request at any time
   
• During the 28-day free trial, any products supplied remain the sole property of Keystone Sound Systems and this remains the case until full payment has cleared into our bank account
   
• The 28-day free trial will last a period of 28 days unless a longer period is agreed between you and us before or during the trial.
   
• If you decide you definitely wish to purchase the Digital Hymnal before your trial has finished, this can easily be arranged by contacting Keystone Sound Systems Ltd
   
• If you decide you definitely do not wish to purchase the Digital Hymnal, whether during or at the end of your free trial, you must securely package up the Digital Hymnal in its original packaging and post it back to our address at your expense. The original box must be covered in a suitable paper and must contain our address and a return address to yourself, ie. the original box must remain unmarked. The Digital Hymnal must be sent via a trustworthy courier and insured up to a value of no less than £2000. If it is not possible to post back any leads that were supplied in the same package, then it is your responsibility to also post these back, via no less than a standard parcel delivery. This will insure no cost incurred to yourself from Keystone Sound Systems through loss or damage in the post
   
• If the Digital Hymnal is to be connected to any existing sound equipment, interfacing leads will be custom made on site when we carry out the demonstration and tuition session. This interfacing with current equipment is also included in the 28-day free trial, and will only be charged on the final invoice if you decide to purchase the Digital Hymnal
   
• Whilst you have the Digital Hymnal on free trial, you are responsible for making sure it is covered by your own insurance policy against (at the very least) all of the following: accidental damage, damage by fire/water, storm damage/electrical faults/power surges, theft. The Digital Hymnal must be covered whilst on the policyholders premises, whilst in transit and also whilst on a 3rd party's premises
   
• All packaging must be retained in an unmarked condition and kept until at least the point when payment has been received by us, unless the Digital Hymnal is returned (as explained)
   
• It remains your responsibility throughout to ensure the backing up of the Compact Flash card within the Digital Hymnal. Though the Compact Flash card does have a guarantee, this only covers the card itself and not the contents. Keystone Sound Systems cannot be held responsible for any lost data through malfunction or breakage of the Compact Flash card
   
• During the 28-day free trial, you will be supplied with either a brand new or a demonstration Digital Hymnal. If you are supplied with a brand new Digital Hymnal, and you decide to purchase, you will keep the very same Digital Hymnal that was supplied at the beginning of the trial. If you are supplied with a demonstration Digital Hymnal, and you decide to purchase, we will swap the demonstration Digital Hymnal for a brand new one, on a date that suits both you and us, at our expense. Whether you have a demonstration or a brand new Digital Hymnal during your trial, if you decide you do not wish to purchase, the same procedure applies (as explained)

*Keystone Sound Systems Ltd reserve the right to alter these terms & conditions and any point in time. Any amendments will apply to free trials and purchases on or after the amendment date. Free trials and purchases before the amendment date will not be affected.
